This will be a day hike to the Devils Head Fire Lookout station. Devils Head is a fire tower on the Rampart Range that has a fantastic 360 degree view from Pikes Peak to Golden. The trail is approximately 1.5 miles long with an elevation gain of approximately 1,000 feet from start to finish. We are planning on hiking in the morning and relaxing with other activities in the afternoon. The Patrol Dutch Oven Desert Cooking Competition will start at approximately 4:00 pm on Saturday. There will be prizes for the Patrol that prepares the best Desert!
